How do I register for and access Personal Internet Banking?
1. Terms and conditions
Complete these three steps for instant access to HSBC Personal Internet Banking.
Read the Terms & Conditions of Personal Internet Banking and the e-Statement & e-Advice service. Click Confirm to accept the terms and conditions. This will also enable you to register for e-Statements and e-Advice so that you can manage all your accounts (self-named accounts and joint accounts) in one place, online.
If you still want to receive paper statements and advice you can request this in the e-Statement and e-Advice section after logging on.
2. Confirm your identity
You can activate Personal Internet Banking now with your HSBC China account by registering either with your Debit Card number or Phone Banking number.
3. Set up your profile
Create your Personal Internet Banking profile by choosing one below.
You will also be asked to set up security questions and answers should you need to reset your log on credentials later.

4. How can I access Personal Internet Banking right after self-registration?
If you have chosen to order a Security Key, you will be entitled a 30-day period after self-registration, which is referred to as 'Security Key Activation Grace Period'. During this period, you can log on to Personal Internet Banking using your username and password only. Your Security Key will be sent out to your correspondence address within 3 working days after self-registration. You will only be able to access full Personal Internet Banking services after you receive your Security Key and activate it.
