HSBC Online Banking provides a high level of security whether you log on using a desktop computer or a mobile device. However, it is always your responsibility to take all reasonable precautions to prevent the fraudulent use of your security information.

What devices can I use the HSBC China Mobile Banking app on?

The app is available for iOS and Andriod devices in the following versions:

  • iOS 12.4 or later
  • Android 6.0 or later

Will I be able to use this app on my tablet?

Yes, you can. But we recommend you use it on your mobile phone for a smoother banking experience.
