Frequently asked questions relating to HSBC China's Advance account products and services.

From 18 Mar 2026, only the following types of customers are eligible to apply for advance account and services: Staff of HSBC Group, Home Mortgage Loan customers, Employee Workplace Solutions customers, Premier downgrade customers.

From 15 Oct 2024, the Advance minimum Total Relationship Balance requirement and monthly service fee will be removed.
