What do I need to be eligible?

• You are qualified for HSBC Advance if you maintain a Total Relationship Balance of CNY100, 000 (or its equivalent in any other foreign currency) or above. Total Relationship Balance means the combined monthly average balance maintained in deposit and investment accounts, OR
• You have home mortgage loan under your HSBC Advance customer number and there is remaining outstanding home mortgage loan balance.*
• Should you not meet the TRB requirement and have no outstanding home loan balance with us*; a Monthly Service Fee will be applied.

Monthly Service Fee

A Monthly Service Fee of CNY100 (or its equivalent in any other currency) will be charged every month if the Total Relationship Balance of all the accounts held under the same HSBC Advance customer number or have no outstanding home loan balance with us*.
