An automated voice will help you carry out your transactions by providing simple, easy-to-follow instructions. Secure and confidential

Privacy is assured. A unique phone banking number (PBN) and personal identification number (PIN) will be issued to enable you to use the service. Your account can only be activated by keying in both PBN and PIN.
