An automated voice will help you carry out your transactions by providing simple, easy-to-follow instructions. When you need help during the call, you can press the '*' key at any time for automated help including repeat information, return to the main menu etc. You can also talk to our professional Customer Service Representatives for assistance in ‘bank account services’ main menu.

Privacy is assured. A unique phone banking number (PBN) and personal identification number (PIN) will be issued to enable you to use the service. Your account can only be activated by keying in both PBN and PIN.
