In any month between 1 January and 31 December 2011, customers whose FX turnover reaches US$500,000 (or equivalent in another currency) will be entitled to receive one foreign currency transaction voucher worth RMB100; if FX turnover reaches US$1,000,000 (or equivalent) customers will be entitled to receive three foreign currency transaction vouchers worth RMB200 each; if FX turnover reaches US$500,000 (or equivalent) in any of the four quarters, customers will be entitled to additional foreign currency transaction vouchers worth RMB500 for that quarter; if FX turnover reaches US$1,000,000 (or equivalent) in any of the four quarters, customers will be entitled to additional foreign currency transaction vouchers worth RMB1,200. A maximum of RMB12, 000 worth of foreign currency transaction vouchers will be awarded to qualified customers. |

| Terms and Conditions |
| 1. |
The campaign runs from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2011 (both dates inclusive), hereafter referred to as the "campaign period". |
| 2. |
Companies who open an HSBC BusinessVantage Plus Account with HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited or any of its branches (“the Bank”) during the campaign period ("new customers") will be eligible to participate in this campaign. |
| 3. |
Vouchers can only be used in the branches of the Bank in mainland China. |
| 4. |
Each voucher can only be used once and only one voucher can be used for each transaction. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions printed on the vouchers for details. |
| 5. |
The Bank will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any voucher or reward distributed in the campaign. |
| 6. |
In case of any dispute, the decision of HSBC shall be final and conclusive. |
| 7. |
HSBC reserves the right to revise and change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. |
| 8. |
These Terms and Conditions (including the changes and amendments) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. |

In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail. |
