During my trip in Beijing for the Olympics, I tried to withdraw money with my card from the ATM but failed several times. Therefore I turned to Beijing Lufthansa Centre Sub-branch for help. As it was my first time to Beijing, I lost my way during shopping. I was quite anxious since I didn't know Chinese and English wasn't my mother tongue. I saw HSBC Beijing Zhong Guan Cun West Sub-Branch and went in to seek for help. Stephanie greeted me warmly. She gave me coffee and communicated with me in both English and body language. She arranged a relationship manager who can speak German for me which made me felt very warm. They solved my problem in only about 10 minutes. I was deeply impressed by their enthusiasm and professionalism.
