Please take your completed application form to any HSBC branch for signature witnessing and further processing. HSBC China reserves the right to decline any account opening applications with incomplete forms and documents.

Notes: To open an account, customer should complete the account opening form, the personal customer information form and the personal account signature card. For more detail on account opening requirements, please refer to our FAQs.
