How to give feedback

Are you getting the service you deserve?

At HSBC we pride ourselves on delivering great service to you, our valuable customers.

If at any stage, you feel that our service levels are not up to your expectations, there are several ways that you can let us know.

We value your feedback greatly and where possible will look to use it to improve our service levels. We will aim to acknowledge your comments within 2 working days

1. Submit your comments online

2. Email us

Customers preferring to use email can write to us at hsbcaoc@hsbc.com.cn. However if you wish to discuss details of your accounts we recommend you write to us through the secure message facility in Personal Internet Banking to ensure confidentiality and security. Click on the ‘Send Message’ function in the Left hand menu.

 

3. Visit our branch

You can visit any of our HSBC Branches and either leave your comments in the Customer feedback box or speak directly to your Relationship manager or any of our branch staff who will be happy to assist you.

 

4. Give us a call

If you would prefer to call then you can do so on:

  • 800 820 8878 for Personal Banking customers
  • or 400 882 6688 for Commercial Banking customers
