A unique phone banking number (PBN) and personal identification number
(PIN) will be issued to enable you to use the service
Your account can only be accessed by keying in both PBN and PIN
Our automated Phonebanking service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (the manned service is not 24 hours but 9:00 to 21:00 Mon-Fri and 9:00-17:00 Sat - Sun)
Dial 400 882 6688 from a tone-dial phone and choose your preferred language (English or Mandarin)

Enter your ten-digit PBN and six-digit PIN for transactions
