Download and complete the Electronic Banking Services Application Form and Mandate for Electronic Banking Service and ask your Relationship Manager to help you apply for HSBC Business Internet Banking and Phone Banking services. |

After completing and submitting the above forms, you will be issued a 10-digit Internet Banking ID, a password and a security device, which will be sent to your office address separately to maintain confidentiality and security. |

| Step 2: Visit our HSBC mainland China website(www.hsbc.com.cn)and click "Register" as shown below |

| Step 3: Enter the Internet Banking ID and the password which HSBC has sent to you. |

| Step 4: Enter a new Internet Banking ID, which must be 5 to 76 alphanumeric characters in length and click the "Continue" button. |

| Step 5: Create a new password, which must be 6 to 30 characters in length, and may contain alphanumeric (A-Z, 0-9) plus special characters (@, underscore, (_), hyphen (-), space ( ), apostrophe (') and period (.)). Confirm the password and click the "Continue" button. |

| Step 6: Read the Terms and Conditions carefully and click "Accept". |

Eligibility: All corporate banking customers of HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank"), as long as register for HSBC Business Internet Banking or Phone Banking during the programme period, can participate in the monthly lucky draw. |

Notification and distribution: An HSBC banking representative will contact the authorised users of Business Internet Banking from winning companies five days after the announcement date. The authorised users of Business Internet Banking from the winning companies must collect their prizes at any HSBC branch in mainland China within 30 days of notification. The authorised users of Business Internet Banking from the winning companies are required to show their name cards and personal identification to collect their prizes. Prizes will not be distributed if the authorised users of Business Internet Banking from the winning companies do not collect their prizes within 30 days of notification (i.e. before 26 December 2011, 25 January and 24 February 2012, respectively), regardless if there are inaccuracies with the winning companies' contact information held by the Bank or the authorised users of Business Internet Banking from the winning companies can not present the winning companies' name cards or personal identification. |
