Read through the Internet Banking For Business Service Agreement
Complete the "Mandate For Internet Banking for Business Service of a Limited Company" (the "Mandate") and have the authorised signatory (ies) (as defined in the Mandate) and Complete the "Internet Banking for Business Service Request Form" (the "Service Request Form")
Take the completed Mandate and Service Request Form to the HSBC branch where you maintain your relevant account(s)
The Customer Delegate(s) as nominated in the Service Request From will receive a personal user ID, password and security device to log on the new services.
The Primary User could further create new Secondary User online
To access the Internet Banking for Business Service, you will need:
• A computer with internet access.
• A modem and a telephone line or other Internet connection service like ADSL.
• A browser - minimum requirements are Internet Explorer version 5.0 or Netscape Navigator version 4.72 or above.
• The Internet Banking for Business Service screens are best viewed when screen resolution is set at 1024*768 or higher. 'Cookies' and 'JavaScript' should remain enabled on your browser.
