E-Delivery of Statement and Advice

E-statement and e-advice ensures that you are always aware of the latest situation in your finances.

Why do I need e-statement and e-advice?

  • Are you worried about losing your statements in the mail?
  • Do you travel frequently and so have intermittent access to statements and advices?
  • Are you concerned about internet security?

Instant statements and advices mean that you’re always on top of your banking so you have extra flexibility in decision-making.

Product features:

  • An encrypted email with your statement or transaction advice will be sent to your company's designated email address the business day after the statement date or transaction date*.
  • The format and content of the emailed statement or transaction advice are the same as those of the paper version.
  • You can browse, print, forward and save the PDF statement and HTML advice.
  • No more worrying about statements and advices being lost in the post.

*If the transaction date is on a non-bank-business date (e.g. transaction to be completed via online banking), the above encrypted email will be sent on the day after the next bank business date.
