An encrypted email with your statement or transaction advice will automatically be sent to your company’s designated email address the day after the statement date or transaction date.
Note: If the transaction date is on the non-bank-business date (e.g. transaction to be completed via online banking), the above encrypted email will be sent on the day after the next bank business date.
The format and content of the emailed statement or transaction advice are the same as those of the paper version.

Electronic version provides more flexibility
Transaction advices are grouped at the customer level, ie transactions on different accounts are grouped in the same email. You can sort these advices by account number, date, advice type and reference number in the advice summary.
The statement is provided as a PDF file with a covering letter and secure envelope. The transaction advices are in HTML format with a covering letter, secure envelope and advice summary.
Account statements are sent in a single email with every account statement. Composite / BusinessVantage statements are sent at the customer level in a single email.
Easy to manage with tight security
You will receive an email password via registered mail to decrypt your statement and advice envelopes.
You can change your registered email address, reset your email password or cancel the service as you wish.
Once registered, the service will be applied to all accounts under the customer group.
You can choose to receive e-statements or e-advices only, or both.
Simple requirements with huge capacity
Transaction advices are grouped into no more than 50 sets per email.
There is no email size limit for an account statement.
You will require a PC with Acrobat Reader 5.0 (or above) and Java Runtime v1.4 (IE6.0) or v1.60_04 (IE7.0), and an email account with any internet service provider.
