Due to the rapid growth of business, both individual and corporate customer bases have grown significantly in recent years. To support the expansion of front office, the Operations department supporting main branch and its sub-branches acts as a centralized operational function serving both individual and corporate customers in areas such as RMB payment and collection, foreign currency payment and collections and account maintenance.
