HSBC Securities Services in China

HSBC Securities Services (HSS) provides comprehensive global, regional and domestic securities services to corporate and institutional clients through its four component business units, namely Alternative Fund Services, Corporate Trust and Loan Agency, Institutional Fund Services and Custody and Clearing.

Currently, HSS in China mainly provides Custody and Clearing services to foreign institutional investors. We also provide custody services and fund administration services to Insurance companies' outbound investment as well as onshore custody services to Overseas Investment Plan/Product (OIP) based in China. HSBC will provide full securities services in China once relevant regulations for foreign banks are relaxed.
